magic band questions

Hello - I have a few questions regarding magic bands. Last year when we arrived at our resort we were surprised with the magic bands (I believe it was still in the testing phase) these bands are still shown on our profiles - I have deactivated them. Since we weren't aware we were getting them we didn't get to chose what colours we wanted - so my question is when we book our package for next year how do we choose new bands? Also since we are in Canada do they ship them to us or are they waiting for us at the resort. If they do have them waiting at our resort do we still get paper tickets for Magical Express? After you book your package, you can log in to My Disney Experience and customize them. That means you get to choose your colour and have your name on the inside of the band. Because you are Canadian (like me ) you will still pick up your mb's at the front desk upon arrival (but they will be customized). You should still get your Magical Express info. Packet in the mail.

You can also use your older magic bands as well. There is no need to deactivate them (although you have the standard grey with no name). So far every trip you book gets you new magic bands.
