Magic band question

Is there a reason I only have like 7 options to choose from when ordering them through Disneyplus? My son is taking some of his friends over the summer and I was going to order them all magic bands. They have never been there so they don't have existing bands. The options are awful... I know they are coming out with new bands but in the meantime what am I supposed to do with 5 boys who have never gone? The 7 to choose from are not good for 19 year boys LOL...

It's a supply chain issue. Check back daily to see if new ones have been added.

Or consider buying them each a lanyard and use the plastic key cards you can get at the front desk (no charge).

I had the same problem recently because everything that I wanted for our trip was sold out. I should have bought them back in October when they had plenty. I got lucky two weeks ago an got two black, two blue and a Minnie for my GD.

As a side note, even if you have a magicband, stop by the front desk during your trip and select a 50th anniversary key card. I chose Donald.
