Magic Band+ power off; still use as old band?

The batteries on these don’t last. I charged them up for 5 less than a day ago and can’t update them.

If I turn each band off can we still use the bands as the regular MBs (for entry and LL scans).

Frankly we were very unimpressed with all the “interactive” parts of ours. You can’t really hear the effects, so basically they just blink sometimes. But I was afraid our old bands were old enough to not work for ride pics, and wanted to be sure yo get our Guardians pic.

Yea, that was our reaction, too. A little fun now and then, but nothing that exciting. Maybe there will be more interactions in the future.
