Magic Band PIN

We're leave in 7 days for our first stay at Bay Lake Towers.

Today I did online checkin and noticed we all had PINs attached to our magic bands.

I don't remember ever 'setting' a PIN … and this is the first time we are using magic bands.

Did I set it when I originally set up my MDE account? Or was a random PIN assigned to us?

I noticed this for me when I checked in online last night for our August trip. I think it was using pins from a stay last summer, before magic bands, but we used our room key to charge to the room.

I couldn't remember those old pins, so On MDE I went under my profile and found a spot to set a pin so I made a new one.

If you previously set a pin for charging privileges it should default to the same one even if you were using cards. You can change it during pre check in or once you get there if you want.
