Magic Band Ordering Deadline Question

So it says I only have 6 days to complete my order. However, if you click on the why it says if I wait until 10-6 days to complete my order they will ship to my resort. If I wait after that we will only get gray ones at the resort. I was hoping to get the premium upgrade for our later July trip. So why is it saying that I only have 6 days? Thanks!
