Magic band help!

Hello all,
Ive linked my resort booking on the my disney experience app but the option for my magic band isn't showing up D:
I don't understand its only coming up with my park tickets card and nothing else.
Can anyone help!?

I had problems with not being able to view the second room on our booking - rang technical help and he did it for me straight away so I'd give them a ring!

I'd echo this. My switch from one resort to another wasn't showing for weeks but was sorted out in minutes once I called the phone line.
