Magic Band/ FP+ Split Stay Question

In October I'm spending 5 nights at AoA then 5 nights at WL. From what I gather I'll have two separate Magic Bands. I plan on getting 10 day hoppers so those will be linked to the first band. Can I make FP+ selections for the second half of the stay (and second Magic Band) without a ticket being linked to that one? Or is it possible to link a ticket to more than one Magic Band?

The tickets aren't linked to your Magic Bands, they're linked to your MDE account. The Magic Bands are basically then a way to access your MDE account and you can use the bands interchangeably throughout your entire stay. (It's kind of like having two keys for the same car.)
