Magic Band FP+ set up

I am having a horrible time setting up my FP+ stuff. I need help. I have some done but need to change it. If I click on cancel it says if you cancel you may be unable to do more fast pass. Does it mean I cannot do anymore FP+ for that day or for entire week? Does anyone who I can call to get help? Thanks
