Magic Band customizing for upcoming trip

Can anyone tell me when we will be able to order/customize our magic bands? We booked a package, so will it be at 45 days out when our package payoff is due?

Right now, the magic band page in MDE still shows our magic bands and room key cards from 2013. They were all still "active" so I changed them to inactive thinking that would give me the ability to order our new ones. But, nope.

You should see it already. I don't have a package, just a room, but I have been able to order mine since the reservation was made. Does your reservation show up?

You don't need to deactivate anything.
You should be able to customize right now.
At 30 days out they will be processed and usually 24-48 hours after that they are mailed.
Unless it has changed again packages need to be paid in full by 30 days out.

My package was the same, never showed where to order Magic bands. So I called and was informed there is a clitch in that sometimes. The guy on the phone took my information and ordered my bands, and for a while after I could see the order. At some point that went away again, but I just got my bands yesterday for our trip next month.

SO Call and they will order them for you.

Yes, everything else is there. Reservations, ADRs etc.
