Magic Band Customization not available

Every time I try to customize our Magic Bands on my laptop, I get the "You don't have access to this site" error. Anyone else having this? Thoughts on how to get around it? It works on my phone, but I didn't think to try it on the phone until everything was sold out. Oh well. We still get to go to Disney!

The special magic bands have had the message about them being in high demand and unavailable. I have not had a problem on the laptop vs my phone. Possibly try another browser. I use mozzilla or google chrome with no issues.

Do you run a VPN on the laptop? This usually blocks my "favorite saved site" from getting on the Disney website. That depends on where the VPN logged into on the planet.
