Magic band colours now available for me!

So excited that I can now customise ours for our may trip! Feels a step closer.

Counting down to 14th May!

Oooh I wonder if that means ours might be available now? We go the 18th May - will look when I'm on the computer later! After reading some other threads about customising the bands it was looking like more and more people going in May were getting all the colour options. Fingers crossed mine shows more than grey when I look tonight

That's great news! Wow, that's much further out than I expected! They must be opening up the time window to allow customizing. Maybe they got smart and it occurred to them that guest will keep themselves amused for many months, changing colors over and over

That means ours should be out early in the new year - we go in June

I agree! I'm currently thinking green but keep wanting to change! Wish they did purple.

I go in June also and was given the option to customize my bands last week. The only color I got was grey but I checked back today and I had the rainbow to choose from!

I would say go ahead and check, they are probably there.

Awesome news! It's like a whole seperate event choosing colours ha ha! It's almost as exciting as actually going.

We had the little pin type things you can add to them. We got the pack that represented each park. I had the Castle and the Tree of Life. DH had the Hat and Spaceship Earth. Unfortunately DH lost his Hat one somewhere in the Magic Kingdom so he wasn't impressed lol.

OMG I can do ours as well and we don't go until October !!!! Only 273 days left for me to customise them

Yeah I think they even had full slips so you couldn't see the original band at all.

I got to choose my colours! Very exciting stuff but i'm sure I'll change my mind!! I'll join all those people who hope they introduce a purple one.

Where abouts do they print the names? Is it on the inside or outside of the band?

Just logged on for something to do and saw that our bands were ready to customise too - a great birthday present for me!

We booked tonight for All Star Sport in October and the girl said we couldn't get them.

She's talking nonsense. All resorts are getting Magic Bands. In fact it's really ironic that she chose to tell you that you don't get them considering that as of this week, All Star Sports is ONLY issuing magic bands and not KTTW cards. You're getting bands

You know, right after I made the other post the DIS fb page had a link saying ALL Star Sports were giving them out.
I thought I was loosing my mind, thank you for confirming for me.

How do I customise them ?

we have just come back and I had the green band and DH the red band. When we customised them we could chose from a few colours.

Glad I went for the green one as it matched the colour of my mug in resort. Little things like that please me (the resort mugs are purple, orange and green)

I was on the fence about the magic bands but we totally loved them. They worked like a dream and no searching for room cards or fastpass slips.
