Dear All,
I am meeting my daughter at Boardwalk Villas and she is scheduled for Magical Express. She flies in from a different city. Anyway, I have her magic band as they were mailed to me. Can she get on magical express with just her id and resort reservation number or do I need to send her the magic band?
Thanks for any input

A Magic Band is not required to check-in for Magical Express.

Sure!

Lots of guests forget and PACK their MagicBands, so they don't have them at the airport, even if they HAVE been mailed to them.

Also, guests from outside the USA don't get MBs mailed to them at all, so they just use ID to get to their resorts (where the MBs are waiting for them.

True !

OP you can send her a copy of the DME reservation page when you get your DME Package closer to the flight. Just send her a copy of the reservation page and the yellow bag tags (if she chooses to use them). Otherwise as a PP said her ID and the resort reservation number will be fine.

Either way she will have to stop at the desk to have a voucher printed to board the bus but they are pretty quick about doing this now.

and, if she has a checked bag and you don't have time to send her the yellow luggage tag, no worries. Have her present her bag claim ticket at the counter. They will copy it the claim ticket and track her bag down and get it to her room.
