Magic+ and FP

Hi everyone!

Been a long time since I was on these boards but we're looking to go back to the world next year 10th time!) and I feel very out of date with my info!!

Can someone give me some info or even point me in the direction of a website that can explain the Magic+ and FP for those staying offsite? Seems to be VERY different from a few years ago!
