Hi we are the Magic Gang! Myself Anne (41), DH Doug (41) and our kids DD Paige (8) and DS Ian (4). Also with us are my DD Bob (75) and DSM Jeanne (74).
Now this is how our trip went,and it is only based on our experiences. So here we go, on our Magical Dream trip of a lifetime
We drove from NC to FL on Friday. It was a 10 hour trip, but everything went well. We arrived at the Radisson in Cape Canaveral and check-in was a breeze and everyone very friendly,and helpful. We had the double king suite for 99.00 and it was hugh! So beautiful. My Dad had the Caribbean room for 59.00, and it needed a little work. The pool is beautiful with a waterfall in the middle. We had a great stay and will definitely stay there again, if we get to cruise again.
We had planned to eat at 'GRILLS', but it had very loud music, and beer bottles everywhere. Plus the wait was an hour and forty-five minutes. The food must be good, but it was just not for us. We drove over to 'ROBERTO's' This is a Cuban Dinner. We love Cuban food, being we lived in Miami. So this was a treat and very very good. The Cubano Sandwich was just as we remembered.
We also went to 'RON JON's' This is a big beach shop, just like all other beaches have. It is pricey and no big deal. If you have ever been to a beach then you have been to a shop like this. But to each his own.
Back to the hotel to sleep and dream of our Magical trip that starts the next day! Sleep? Yeah, right, we are to excited to sleep.
