Port Orleans Riverside!
At first I thought French Quarter but after looking into it a bit more Riverside seems to be more my cup of tea. I've asked Small World Vacations for a new quote and I can't wait to book.
:cool1:

Port Orleans is a lovely area :) The boat to DTD is a nice relaxing way to get there as well.

Claire ;)

Good choice - we love it there, if we were gonna go all out - i think I'd choose Animal Kingdom lodge at the moment we are staying off site.

If I would be able to go all out it would have been the Wilderness Lodge but we've got another vacation planned for November 2008 so have to divide the budget.
I am terribly overexcited about it all!

We stayed at POR last year (first ever trip) and loved it. This year we are going all out and staying one week at AKL and the second at WL... 27 days to go :cool1:

We really enjoyed POR, stayed there in December, it was lovely. We did a Disney Cruise in between so for the first part we had an Alligator Bayou room and on the second part we had a Mansion room. Although the Mansion buildings, to me, looked much nicer, I actually preferred the Bayou room.

what made you prefer the Bayou room? It's just that they both look fun to me, at the moment I think we'd prefer a Mansion room, but I do look the "cabin" look of the Bayou too :confused3

A few reasons, we were right next to a quiet pool which was nice, the bus stop was closer and in the evening it seemed to stop at that stop first but the main reason was that the room was cleaner. Our room at the Mansion had a very musty smell about it and on our second night we discovered someone's leftover sock under the bed  so I wasn't too impressed. The slight downside was that we were further away from the food court but that didn't really matter to us too much.
