I'm excited! I'm hoping to plan a private DP at Epcot for the day after my wedding, I'll get a call back soon! I hope they have reasonable options for my party of 12, I've read about the minimums changing recently.

Congratulations! Don't worry, in general the minimums were only restructured, and most of the really high ones are only if you want to have a full meal, rather than desserts.

The 20-person minimum locations now have a flat $440 food and beverage minimum instead of $22/person one, but it works out the same if you have 20 people. Since you have 12, you'd be paying more per head, but you could also look into some of the new smaller sites like Africa and Canada, which have the same old $22/person minimum.

I got my BEO for my private Dessert Part at Epcot the night after my wedding. I was disappointed in the costs of customizing the menu, I originally wanted to do half appetizers and half desserts but it simply wasn't affordable for the number of choices, it was much better to stick with the preplanned menus. I also wanted to do a package bar, but all the bar options didn't seem worth the $100 bartender fee. I also asked if we could buy a couple of beers at a vendor and bring them in and was shot down. It was worth asking!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the venue fee as I was under the impression that the least expensive fee was $275 and it wasn't at the venue they offered me. Here's the cost breakdown!

10x $23 Childhood Memories Buffet $230
Outdoor Setup Fee $75
Service Charge $48.30
Tax $22.97
Total $376.27

Morocco West Oasis Location Fee $100
Tax $6.50
Total $106.50

Grand Total 482.77

Do you know the capacity and fees for the new Canada and Africa sites?

I'm going to look all around when I'm there in January, but for the life of me I cannot find any info about these on DIS or in my Passporter!

Sure! From the main Store page, after you've clicked My Account and logged in, the second thing on the list under "My Account" is "View Order History" - once you've clicked that, you can see all your past orders. Click on the order where you bought the e-book, and at the bottom of the page full of details, on the left, there is a "Download Now" link that will get you the most recent version of the e-book.
