I also looked at the Unofficial Guide for which days to go to what park.
Monday: MGM/MK 5pm Hoop De Doo
Tuesday MK 830am Cape May Character Breakfast
Wed AK/MGM 335pm Sci Fi(thinking about moving this to dinner)
Thurs Off Day Go to the villa pool or resort pool
Fri EP/Ak 7pm Cape May Clambake
Sat MK/EP 820pm Chef Mickeys
Sun Off Day Go to the villa pool or resort pool
Mon MGM/MK Nothing planned yet

These are supposed to be the best parks to go if staying OFF site as we are staying at the Windsor Palms. I was stuck on the breakfast since Liberty Tree Tavern only does Character Dinners. I looked at ratings for the Cape May and it was higher than some.
We are eating breakfast at the house, packing lunches, having some dinners at the house also on days that we do not have ressies.

Any suggestions. The Mickey BBQ is booked and they only have it twice a week.
Thanx!

You've picked great places to eat. Is this your first time to Disney World? If it is, I'd be concerned about splitting each day into 2 parks. You cannot imagine how much there is to do, and the travel time from one park to the next and then passing through the gates and security, can really cut into your park time...especially on the day you need to be at the Hoop De Doo at 5pm. I assume you'll take the boat from the Magic Kingdom to Fort Wilderness. Leave yourself plenty of travel time!

Have fun!

When are you going & are you trying the avoid the EE parks?

Sorry should have read it slower...The only problem you may have is on Wed. AK is open late & the park may be crowded all day from guests with no PH on their tickets.

I will give more info. Thanx for the suggestions. We went 10 years ago with my now teens(one is not going). We are going with my 5 & 8 year old and my 16 yr old who is bringing a friend. The teens are also going to Universal by the way of shuttle from our resort(Windsor Palms)

These are the parks recommended to go to and yes I am avoiding EE. We might stay at one park all day, or do the am at one park, go back to the villa to rest and go back to a park in the evening. We have our car. However I do need info on getting to different parks if moving my car is not an option. We are going to spend 6 days at the park. I can always add 7 since its so cheap to add more days but would like some down time at the villa.

We are arriving June 5 and have no plans
June 6 Mon suggested park MGM (EE am @ Epcot)( Dinner 5pm Hoopdedo)
June 7 Tues " " MK ( EE am @ MGM, pm @ AK) (830am Cape May breakfast)
June 8 WEd " " MGM or AK (EE pm @ MK) (sci fi 330 lunch)
June 9 thurs (thinking down day at villa) suggested park AK (EE pm @ Epcot)
June 10 fri suggested park Epcot or Ak (EE pm @ MK) (7pm cape may clam bake)
June 11sat " " MK or Epcot (EE am @ AK) (chef mickey 820pm)
June 12 sun(thinking down day at villa) (EE pm @ MGM)
June 13 mon sugg park MGM (EE @ epcot)

no dinner ressies on june 9th, june 12, or june 13th. june 13 we will have our last day in the parks.
one night dh and i will go out to dinner by ourselves with teens sitting. any suggestions. should we eat off site. i hear fultons is good but is it worth that much money? i love seafood but is there a nice restaurant cheaper but as good? However we might go to downtown disney that night but not pay for pleasure island ect.... just walk around where it is free.

Any suggestions for these days in accordance to our meals or changes I should make with restaurants I have a chance changing. Plus how to get to and from. I will not take the monorail due to claustrophobia.

Thanx everyone I am getting excited. wasnt' sure if we would have the money to pull this off. i lucked out and got a home late availability for 105 a night that helped. will pack lunches and cook dinners the other days.

thinking 6 days so we have down days. i know i can add a day for almost nothing if we dont' have enough time.

how much time per park with a 5 & 8 year old?

yikes. i made some changes after reading the board and am trying to make this as easy as possible on us ie parks going to dinner.

now we are:

We are arriving June 5 and have no plans
June 6 Mon suggested park MGM (EE am @ Epcot)( Dinner 5pm Hoopdedo)
June 7 Tues " " MK ( EE am @ MGM, pm @ AK) (810am Crystal Palace)
June 8 WEd " " MGM or AK (EE pm @ MK) (sci fi 730pm dinner)
June 9 thurs (thinking down day at villa) suggested park AK (EE pm @ Epcot)
June 10 fri suggested park Epcot or Ak (EE pm @ MK) (7pm cape may clam bake)
June 11sat " " MK or Epcot (EE am @ AK) (chef mickey 820pm)
June 12 sun(thinking down day at villa) (EE pm @ MGM)
June 13 mon sugg park MGM (EE @ epcot)

Also going to look into Campfire & movies with Chip & Dale. at Fort Wilderness

Now it doesnt' seem like we will have enough time to fit this all in. I guess I will have to plan a return trip in 1-2 years. next year is dh and mine trip for our 25th wedding anniversary
