Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!!

I miss Hockey Season....

The list looks great! The only suggestion I might make is the final dinner. Most of your meals look to include some type of 'entertainment value'; this location does not.

To stay in Epcot, how about Biergarten instead? If they like to watch the fishes, Coral Reef is a fun location. If you are more interested in eating the fishes, Cape May Cafe (non-character buffet dinner) is a tasty option. It's located at the Yacht Club which is a short walk or boat ride from the International Gateway ( the 'side entrance' to Epcot located between England & France).

Akerhaus is wonderful! We've been there for lunch each time and really enjoyed it. It's on our "must do" list now for each time we go. The pre-buffet is nice with meats, cheeses and salads, the entrees were wonderful and I can't say enough about the deserts.

I enjoyed CRT for breakfast when we did it too - but they have since changed the menu and I've heard it's even better (we did dinner in Sept. and while DH wasn't impressed with the food - I was)

Thank you both sooo much for your responses :)

We ate at the Cape May & Biergarten when we went last in 2010! We loved them both...especially doing the chicken dance on the dance floor with the German band!

My hubby chose the rose and crown...(and since me and the kiddos picked everything else) we figured we would give him at least one meal...plus my kids like fish :)

Im thinking of trying to convince him to try something else or maybe try to snag a later time and then see the fireworks from the rose and crown...

Im tooo excited...only 179 more days until people have to quit hearing me talk about this trip !!:woohoo:
