Well, I was worried about the wait after some of the threads that I read. I had to take my kids to school, so I wasn't able to call until 8am CST. I was on hold for 30 minutes and on the phone a total of 58 minutes. We have been numerous times and this was the first time that I did not get everything that I wanted and at the times I wanted. I was not able to get Le Cellier. Best offer was 8:45pm with split tables. There are only 4 of us. So, that didn't work. I am sure that I will eventually get something after cancellations.
I was slightly annoyed (well, more aggravated, but nothing major) with one aspect. We check into Beach Club on May 26. I assumed that I would get to make my 90 + 10 but I couldn't because we have a split stay. We move to the Contemporary on June 2. The system would not let me make reservations past June 2. So, now I have to call back and do it all again on March 4 for the rest of our trip. I guess I just assumed since there is no break in the vacation that I could make all my ADRs off of the Beach Club reservation. Again, it is an inconvience that slightly annoys me, but doesn't ruin my day.
So, on the positive, I didn't have to wait hours and the CM that I spoke to was SUPER helpful and polite. Well, send me happy thoughts that I will, in the end, get my Le Cellier ADR and that by March 4 (when I have to call again) the system will be even faster.
