Today was my 90 day window opening - I called at 7:15am and waited for 40 min before I spoke with a CM. She was very knowledgeable, but had some problems loading everything. She said an upgrade was done to the system last night and they were still working it out. I did get everything I wanted 
- but I was on the phone for an hour. MUCH different from last year. Now you get confirmation numbers at the end. BUT please, please double check your dates and times at the end cause 2 of mine were wrong in the system from what she first gave me. She was able to go back and fix it - but could have been bad! Good Luck to all who still have to make ADR's for August with NO PARK HOURS!!
