I'm surprised the seller paid for MF on banked points. What is the use year?

Why not? have the same deal going on right now in rofr OKW90 June UY 180 Currently availablle and only paying 156 towards maintenance. They pay monthly so that is what is left and that is what i am paying. I think the feeling for sellers is that the money on MF's is already gone and they are probaly building in the price of the banked points in the contract price. IMO
