Made a reservation and now?

Hi,

when you make a reservation by phone, do they send you a confirmation by mail?

If so how long does this take, because I made a reservation almost 2 weeks ago, but haven't received anything yet.

I would say on the norm here in the states it should take a little less than a week...even if your in Europe, you should have receiced a confirmation letter within two weeks, you may need to call back and verify.

Sometimes it has been longer than 2 weeks for me to receive my confirmation. But I second the suggestion to call and request a confirmation be sent or faxed.
