And it came out fantastic! We were given the recipe by our waitress in March and we've patiently waited for strawberry season to make it. Today DH and I picked 8lbs of strawberries at a nearby orchard and I made it this evening. I did add a little sugar since the berries were fresh, not frozen like it calls for (with syrup). DELICIOUS!!! It tastes just like it does at 1900 Park Fare, minus the characters.
