Mad Tea Party band if it rains?

If it rains tonight would they still have the Mad Tea Party band play? I've not been there in the rain since the party began.

I would assume no. however, we went last night and it was slightly raining and they still did the parade and fireworks. i would think the band equipment is weather sensitive.
They could also be just playing on the weekends which is why you have not seen them? really dont know...
