I have. He is usually around the Tea Cups at MK. I've seen Tweedle Dum & Dee there too. I've also seen Alice at Disney Studios. She's a cheeky little girl.
Look for the Mad Hatter to be on the train most mornings when they open the park. Then again look for him to be at Toon Town for the opening. There are times He and Alice will ask lucky kids to help them tour Mickeys house prior to Toon Towns opening for the day... then they get to ride the Tea Cups with them after wards.
Got to talk to the Mad Hatter at MNSSHP this year during the parade. My husband and I went as Alice and the Mad Hatter, and he came over and shook our hands and told us that he LOVED our outfits. He tipped his hat to us, and told my hubby "nice hat." hehe I felt like I was 3 again!
We too saw him in 2005 the last time we were there and I have a funny story he is always in character, but he was kinda fussing with a teenage boy just kinda hecklin him and grab his hat off of his head and started to toss it in the air, the kid was kinda starting to laugh with one more toss in the air, it got stuck in the TREE!! The Mad Hatter was kinda embarrased and walked him to the nearest hat stand and told them to let him pick a hat! The crowd was just giggling by then
We saw him in 2005 at the Tea Cups. Tweedle Dee or Tweedle Dum stole my sisters hat and put it on top of the Mad Hatters hat and he was pretending he didn't realise. My sister was only 5 at the time and found it hilarious when she was trying to tell him her hat was on his hat. We had them to ourselves as Fantasyland was quite empty. The Mad Hatter is so funny.
We ran into him and Alice when we first entered the park. My daughter was wearing her birthday button and so Alice and he took her for a short walk/skip. She was enchanted to have them pay so much attention to her. It was the sweetest thing.
