Doubt it, since it's on NBC and they don't have the satellite rights. Depending on where you are they don't always have ABC on the TV's because of broadcast rules.

We sailed once on Thanksgiving. They did not show it.

Consider a recording at home or see if you can watch it using laptop and internet. Might not be cheap but you could have one phone/pad with the internet for a day. When my father went into the hospital on the ship, they helped us set up an account with one phone to use for a day.
