Macy's parade special seating for resort guests?

We'll be at RPR 12/18-12/21. I though I saw somewhere that on-site hotel guests get preferred seating at the Macy's Christmas Parade. Is this true, if so, where is the special seating area, is it first-come-first serve?

Acturally I just checked, and it turns out there is. Just show your key. Also, they offer a preferred viewing area for those who purchased a multi-day and/or multi-park (Park to Park or Park Hopper for Disney people) with an American Express card.

If this viewing area is anything like the passholder viewing area for Mardi Gras, it's not a big deal. You can probably find a better place to stand on your own.
