I have a Quest and Triumph. I bought the Quest for my (then) 9 month old because of the footrest and little storage pocket in the back. I bought the Triumph for my 2 year old. At this point, the baby is 21 months old and I find I use the Triumph more often because it has a carry STRAP, rather than a handle, like the Quest. The strap is MUCH more friendly, esp. in theme parks.
I'd go with a Triumph to save some money.
Skip the Volo, it's too bare bones, and for a just a bit more on the Triumph, you get a much more comfy seat, better canopy, and a reclining seat.
Try www.albeebaby.com. They have free shipping/no tax on strollers and should have some fairly good closeout deals on 2007's now and in the next month or so.
We have a Triumph. I absolutely LOVE it They are pricey, but are worth every penny, especially if you travel a lot. I love how easy (and small) they collapse, but how roomy the stroller is for my tall 21 month old. I also like how long the handles are because I am tall.
I just got a triumph yesterday at Babies R Us for my 4 year old for our upcoming WDW trip. I believe it was on sale for around $139. For only $30 more than the volo it was worth it, the seat is more comfortable. I had my daughter sit in both and let her decide which was more comfortable and she chose the triumph.
I got a quest at albeebaby. It was a 2006 model and only cost about $120. I love it. I was looking at it thinking, "I'll bet we could make some type of strap to carry it." My dd is a petite 3 yo, and she likes that the seat expends for her to put her feet up on for napping.
Well, we went to buy one today and ended up liking the peg perego better. We couldn't give up the tray and the perego folded up just as nicely as the mac. It was also on clearance and ended up being cheaper. We're going to the mall tomorrow to try it out.
Thanks for the help!!

All Maclarens hold up to 55 pounds...even more sometimes! Techno is a lot heavier than Quests, Triumphs or Volos and have bigger wheels. If you're using it to park tour, I'd go with a Quest or Triumph! I think the Triumph has the carry strap.
I thought about getting one for my DD, but unfortunately... Her butt is to big for it, and she was smushed into it! I WISH I could find a stroller that fits her. She broke the wheels on our Combi, because she was too heavy.
We have the Volo and love how it is lightweight, easy to push and has that great carrying strap. We now want to upgrade to one that also has a sunshade and reclines. I've been looking for info online and we were going to check them out at babies r us this week. I'm thinking maybe that Triumph?
In july last year I bought the 2006 Techno Classic and LOOOOOOVVVVVVVVEEEEE it! I actually got mine on Craigslist for 175 w/ out shipping it had now wear on the wheels or stroller itself and everything was w/ it. Its so easy to use and both my dd4 and 7 fit in it comfy. I also bought two valcobaby universal cupholders for it and love them just as much.
ETA~ I also stumbled upon a 2006 volo at a local thrift store it was in good used condition that I paid 20 dollars for.
I think you will love the Peg. I just had a terrible experience with my broken Mac so I'd say go with a Peg anyways. $100+ to fix a broken wheel b/c they force you to send it in for repair.
I know the original poster said that she already bought a stroller but to anyone else who might peek at this I want to say we have had our Mac Triumph for 2 1/2 yrs, our 4 yro DS still loves it and fits into it comfortably. I think it will be hard to convince me to ever by another stroller brand. I love how easy it is to fold and carry (thanks to the strap) and that it's so lightweight. DH at first had a lot of sticker shock, but after we had it for awhile he was so glad we stopped using the big bulky Graco Metrolite stroller and had this instead. He loves it because it's "cool" enough for him to push too. We'll be taking that with us on our trip to WDW in April.
I have never heard anyone not like their Mac stroller.
I have Techno and Quest. I WISH I had skipped the Techno and bought another Quest. We did the bus w/ the 2 strollers and the Techno was so much heavier and those big wheels don;t let it fold compactly. The wheel end when folded is very bulky.
Both good strollers but after using both at Disney and at home I prefer the Quest.
I loved using the 2 singles instead of a double. It was so nice for each of us to push a light stroller rather than pushing 1 big heavy one. Easy to get through crowds. Never had an issue.
