and now I am after Wahoo776 unless we can get the spot filled. I'll be at WL. I have heard that it can be sent to another resort. Which might be the best. or if you can drop it by there on your way out would probably be even better. I'll PM you if we don't get the spot filled.

I have the stroller 12/7 - 12/13 and am staying at the Poly. The person 'before' me will depart on 12/4. I called Poly bell services and they said if labeled with my name and date of arrival that they would gladly hold the stroller for me. Regarding the person 'after' me...who arrives a day after I depart. Bell services at the Poly told me that they could ship it to the next resort OR they could hold it and the person could pick it up from them (with their name labeled on it).

What are others doing with the gap days? Should someone have a master list with our names/cell phone numbers in case we run into problems along the swap?

Sorry for all of the questions, this is my 1st stroller swap.

I'll answer since OP is at WDW right now. The 5th is available but the week after that isn't. The Nov timeframe opening up is Nov 15-22. Thanks for coming over and checking. IF something happens to the timeframe you want, you'll be on the list.

Hey guys I had the stroller after Therese. There was a slight bump in the road but it was a good bump for me. We were supposed to be staying at CSR, the same as Therese, and handing off at the Pepper Market. Well, CSR was over booked so when I went to check in they moved us over to AKL. I was worried about the swap and told CSR about it and they said they'd send the stroller. Well, when therese went to bell service they said they wouldn't transfer. Needless to say I called and spoke to the manager and he sent it over right away to AKL, so it worked out. We spent the last few nights of our trip at POP and today I sent the stroller on over the next group at WL.

Well, CSR was over booked so when I went to check in they moved us over to AKL.

Our trip was really great I was so sad to have to come back home to the realities of cooking and cleaning. I was so distracted when CSR told me that we were being moved that they had to explain it to me twice! My DD5 had just fallen off one of the benches in the lobby because she was so tired, and smacked her head on the hard floor. So as they were ushering us into a van to go to AKL, I was trying to decide if she had a concussion. It wasn't until we arrived at the AKL that I was like "OMG! this is so great!"

She was ok, just really embarrassed. There were lots of people checking in because we had taken the magical express, and a whole lobby full of people gasped as they watched her tumble. It took her awhile, but she snapped out of it once we got to AKL.
