Maclaren Volo for a 5 year old?

Piggybacking on WDW stu's thread (thanks for the heads up on a great deal!), I am thinking of MAYBE buying this stroller for our upcoming trip. We have a full size, but collapsible stroller that my son is just about outgrown, but there's room for one more trip if need be. He's 40", 41#. My question is will he be comfortable in a Volo? I'd like to think that if it's rated for up to 55#, it's a bit roomier....I think his current model is only good for 40# which may be why it looks a bit small on him. Opinions wanted!!! Thanks.

our 7 year old rides in hers and she is 49 inches tall and is very comfortable in hers we love it ,

Yeah he'll be fine. I've posted these before but here's my 50#, 46" DS in ours
