Hello,

When our 2nd child is born our DD will have just turned 3. I've narrowed my search for a double stroller down to the Maclaren twin or the City Mini double. They both look great and get really good reviews, so I was wondering what your personal experiences are with them.

Any advice is appreciated!

Have a magical day :wizard:

I've had a McClaren double (a while ago, I admit), and I've rented the CitiMini double... oh my gosh, the citimini double is an absolute dream. It does fold a bit bigger, but is super easy to maneuver one handed; even if one of the kids is completely out of the stroller for a minute. And the canopy is, imho, the absolute best on the market. Also does fab on slightly rough terrain, great recline, just an awesome stroller. If I at all could justify another stroller at this late stage, I would only buy that one.

I have a Maclaren Twin Techno and I love it. (I have never used the other one you are talking about) I got it when my son was born and my other son was 2. I love how it lays completely flat, it drives really well, and it is pretty compact fpor a double. It doesn't have cup holders (I don't buy strollers based on cup holders) so I bought one that goes across from handle to handle and it is great (it is fabric so I can still close it without taking it off) It comes with a rain cover, foot muffs (which are awesome because it is like a built in blanket and one less thing I have to carry) When people saw my boys all bundled up in theirs, people stopped to comment on what a great idea it was) I just love it.
