Which models have the high weight limit? I think the Allure Triumph is at 50lbs. This is what we would need. Also, is there a place to get a Triumph under $139? We have only seen this product in one store - Babies-R-Us.
 
if you scroll down, you'll see another thread (that I started) about maclearen stollers. A lot of great people gave some really good advice, including Maclearen's web site address. I think there's a ton of on-line stores that sell them plus you can always check ebay.
 
The Triumph has a VERY shallow seat and no adjustable legrest; most people would do better with a Quest. You can find NIB 2004 Quests online at eBay and other stores (albeebaby.com, I think) for about $125 shipped!!
 
I agree with above poster. You would probably be happier with the Quest. I purchased my volo and quest on ebay. I got really good deals on them.
 

I intially purchased a Triumph and returned it because the seat was too shallow and the backrest was too short for my 2 1/2 year old (38 inches, 35 lbs). I ended up buying a last year model Quest from Albee baby (around $125 with free shipping). I'm extremely happy with the Quest! It actually ended up being slightly cheaper than the Triumph I intially bought. Can't wait to take it to Disney!!!
 
All Macs have the 55 weight limit. I think it is on the FAQ section of their website. I can vouch for the volo. Definitely at least 55
 
When I called and spoke with a Maclaren rep on the phone he said that only the Volo was tested for the 55 pound weight limit. I ordered one from babydealz.com for 63.99 plus 5.00 shipping and received it today and my husband said "we should have ordered this thing years ago". It does push nicely with my DD 6 1/2 in it (42 pounds). She fits well in it. I was leary of paying almost $70 for an "unbrella stroller" but am glad I did and look forward using it on our trip to Disney!! :flower: :flower:
 
We have the Twin Traveller and the Techno Classic. The techno classic is a fabulous single stroller. I absolutely love it! We got the double off of ebay for about $275.00 and the Techno Classic for $200.00....they are worth every penny!
