I love the organizer (though it's more a pit of despair).
I bought mine at FAO Schwartz in the Maclaren section in NYC (just happened to be there). But I know I saw it on the Maclaren site when we were choosing one pre-baby. I think I also saw them at BRU recently.
Anyway, if you don't have a lot of stuff, the stroller won't tip. I use a backpack for a diaper bag. It rarely tips, but I literally have a couple diapers, wipes, a couple toys, and a cup and snack. I don't carry the world with me.
For park trips (like WDW last Aug or Holiday World last weekend), I do this: I take the changing pad with a diaper and small wipes in it and that goes in the basket. Last year when I had formula, bottles and baby food, I also packed a small lunch bag and that went in the bottom too (Done with that--woo hoo!). In the organizer goes an extra diaper (if a long day), some lightweight distraction toys, a couple packaged snacks, camera, cup or two etc. In the top part between the cup holders, goes a pacifier and maybe my wallet or phone (I also have put that in the velcro part on the cover) or sunglasses if getting on a ride. The wallet and phone go on the ride with us.
As I said, I travel light. I even found travel-size sunscreen at Target. That way we didn't have the bottle of that too.
It's gotten its use. My only complaint is if it's not velcroed on right, it will fall off. It also is only made to take so-much weight.
