Macadamia Nut Pancakes

I posted on the Recipes Board but didn't get a reply. So I'm hoping someone can help me here. Does anyone know the recipe for the delicious Macadamia Nut Pancakes that are served at the Kona Cafe? They are THE best pancakes that I have ever eaten.

I would think that you can add Mac nuts to a regular pancake batter and it would be fine. Variations would include serving them with sliced bananas and of course coconut syrup which you can buy on line from the ABC store.
