Which one would you get? Which one do you think will hold up better and is more comfortable for child?

How old is your child?

The Triumph has a padded seat and it reclines. But, it's heavier and more expensive. The Volo seat is mesh which is nice because they don't get "sweaty back syndrome" as easily :) It doesn't recline but most kids over age 2 don't need recline anyway.

We are very happy with our Volo :thumbsup2

I just bought the Triumph for our trip this September...DD will be just over 2 when we go. I definitely wanted to buy it so that she had broken the stroller in before we went...she can be a bit picky about the weirdest things so I am taking no chances. I wanted the seat to be as comfortable as possible, the less reasons for her to want to get out of it, the better. The seat seems a bit deeper and it's got more padding.

I got a great deal on a 2007 model from BRUS and paid just over $100. She seems to love it so far after a few trips to the mall and the zoo. I LOVE it. So great to push. I'm sure either will work out...just thought I would throw in my vote for the Triumph.

I went with the Triumph over the Volo. I went to Babies R Us with DD, who was 4 at the time to test them out. She seemed to have more room in the Triumph and I liked the padded seating over the mesh. She was 2 weeks short of 5 yrs old for our last trip and 45 inches and still fit in the Triumph comfortably.

IMO, if your child doesn't need to recline, I would save the $ and go with the Volo...we tried them out at BRU and to me they were really the same, but Triumph is heavier. The Volo is SO LIGHT...to me it was win-win....less money and less lbs.

Sunlover13 makes a great point. We also took DD with us to test drive at BRUS. That, IMO, was the best thing we could have done. I got a good idea of which seat would be better for her while she was sitting in it. That's why we ended up with the Triumph. She is a few months shy of age 2 and was kind of rubbing at the mesh on the Volo. I wasn't sure if she didn't like the feel of it or just thought it was a neat new texture, but I wasn't taking any chances. If you can go try one out with your child, I would definitely do it. Good luck!
