My SIL is looking to get one of these her boys 5 and just turned 4 on monday and we are trying to plan a trip to disney for sometime during the next year but she wanted to go ahead and get it now to get that cost out of the way. I am not sure what the difference is between the two so for those of you who have one or the other please let me know what differences you know about and why you chose the one you did. Mainly I would like to find out about the way the seats recline. I have a techno classic and it reclines by two side bars (if you want to call them that) that you lift up and the seat reclines to a few different postions.

Thanks

I had a Techno Classic and a Twin Techno and for some reason I LOVED my single Techno and HATED the Twin Techno!!

The Twin Techno has all the features of the single, except the seats are slightly narrower. I felt that it was very difficult to push and my DS1 was an infant at the time.

I'd go with the Twin Traveler, it's lighter and for older kids you need that. It also doesn't have all the bells and whistles the top of the line Twin Techno has, which you wouldn't need with older kids (foot muffs, head support cushion, etc..). I believe the Twin Traveler offers a few reclines (all maclaren recline the same way).

They have a comparison chart on www.maclarenbaby.com
