I submitted a ticket this morning and they sent a form letter back telling me they knew about the problem and they had developers on it. About an hour ago I received a follow up email letting me know the problem was fixed and that you might have to reinstall the app for it to work. Seems to be okay now, same with Cricket Rewards MPlus app. Good thing. I had almost 50 boxes ready to expire on M+Places and I earn about 1000 points with the Cricket Rewards MPlus app.
