Does anyone know where the Lynx bus picks up in Downtown Disney and how you tell if it is incoming or outgoing? I need to be on Lynx route number 30 and I believe it says it picks up in Downtown Disney West Side. :confused3

Lynx does not have a normal route for Downtown Disney, what the have is a once a day route that drops off in the Morning and then Pickup once a day in the afternoon around 4:30 or 5 pm. This route is use mostly by Disney Cast Members.

The lynx has half hour pick ups at the TTC. Take your resort bus to MK then take the monorail to the TTC. Take a left after you exit the area and the buses will be over there. Right now they are running about on the hour and half hour. :pug:

Link 30 doesn't come anywhere near WDW.

Where do you need to go?

Sorry, I forgot a zero. Route 300. I actually am trying to get to a Shoney's. I love their strawberry pie and I live in Upstate New York. The closest Shoney's to my house is over 200 miles away in Maryland.

I was very sad when I started reading all your responses and found out Route 300 only runs once a day. :sad1:

I went on Shoney's website and found one on W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. in Kissimmee. I think I can get to that one if I take a Disney bus from POP to the Magic Kingdom, take the monrail to TTC, take Lynx Link 56 eastbound to US 192 & Old Town, take Lynx Link 55 westbound and get off at US 192 & Formosa Gardens Blvd and walk to Shoney's. Can someone please tell me if this will work?

That's WAY too much work and travel time...

You have two options...

1.) Take a bus to DTD Marketplace, and a cab to the Shoney's on 535. It's a 5 min cab ride from DTD.

2.) Take a cab from Pop to the Shoney's on 192 (aka Irlo Bronson). It's just out the back exit of Osceola right off Sherberth road near Animal Kingdom. 5 minute cab ride.

My guess would be $10 each way... or, by taking Lynx $3 and 90 minutes each way. So the question really is... is 3 hours of your time worth ~$20?
