Yeah it is easy.... they ask for a down payment though and I think it is a 10% down payment. Good luck. If you want ask for Steven Fisher and tell him that we referred you to him.

Thanks for the info. It is something I'm really interested in so I'll have to do some digging. I know how the points work but that's about it! I have no idea whether you have to meet certain criteria to qualify or any of the details so it will be great to research.

Wish we had looked into it when the exchange rate was still good for us...
