LV-MK view at Poly- what is difference

Im confused about the different views at the Poly. Didn't a LV used to be a MK view? I thought you could see the MK from a LV room.
Which view is the best?

A MK view will give you a clear, direct and guaranteed view of Cinderella Castle.

A LV will give you a view of the Seven Seas Lagoon, with perhaps a glimpse of the castle or NO clear view of the castle.

in my experiance almost every lv room has a pretty good view of the castle unless u have a palm tree in front of your balcony, there are some of those.
IMHO it is just another way to charge a little bit more for those rooms with perfect views of the castle.
