I have lurked on here for what seems for ever!!! Reading all the threads and posts is very encouraging, so I start my new plan on Monday.

Its Slimming World which I don't think you have in the US. So from Monday I will be a daily poster to the WISH board.

It gievs you 2 choices of either red or green day.

Red is unlimited meat. A good choice of fruit and veggies (unlimited amounts). Limited on pasta, rice and some veggies.

Green is is unlimited of all veggies and fruit, with pasta and rice also. Limited on meat.

You can have the limited on the opposite plan but its a weighed amount on a healthy extra.

On top of this you can have 10 'syns' aday, or save them up for a treat.

Its simple which I need so I'll start a journel and let you know how it goes.

I have a target of 2 pounds per week on average. But I have a fair amount of weight to lose overall. I have bought (a sensible attainable size LOL) skirt to get in to by Christmas.
