Where is the best place to have lunch at Wilderness Lodge?

you have 2 choices--whispering canyon cafe or roaring forks. WCC is a sitdown while RF is a counter service. another option would be to go to fort wilderness to Trail's End Buffet. it is a boat ride or easy walk to FW from WL. now for dinner, i would suggest artist point; it opens at 5:30. good luck!

I agree with going over to Ft. Wilderness Lodge - Trail's End gets rave reviews and are, by Disney standards, very affordable. They even have take-out.

We will be at VWL in Feb and plan to go at least a couple of times during our trip. The walk is about 1 mile and feels like a winding road in a forest - so quiet & beautiful. The boat ride is great as well!

I have had ala carte lunches at Whispering Canyon and really liked the food, fun and decore. Be aware that it may not be a "quiet" lunch.

The all you can eat skillet at WC is a great deal at lunch.
