Does anyone know how far out I can make reservations for Lunch with an Imagineer at Hollywood Brown Derby? 60 days? 90 days? Do I call the regular Disney Dining phone#? Planning on going in Nov. as a Happy Birthday to ME !!!! Is there a place to find out more info; like which days it is available, updated menu, etc? thanks to all!!

LUNCH WITH AN IMAGINEER -- Join a member of the creative team behind our latest theme park and resort projects for an informal, intimate lunch at the Disney-MGM Studios' legendary Hollywood Brown Derby. Guests at the Imagineer meals get the VIP treatment, starting with seating in the swank, private Bamboo Room at the Brown Derby. You'll get a glimpse of the creative process as these talented men and women share what it's like to work in the most magical place in the world.

Each party will receive a souvenir designed exclusively for this experience that can be personalized by the Imagineer.

You may book the experience up to 60 days out through WDW-DINE; there is a 48 hours cancellation policy.

Program is offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 11:30am Lunch.

Prices:

Ages 10 and up - $60.99 + gratuity + 6.5% sales tax
Ages 3-9 - $34.99 + gratuity + 6.5% sales tax

Reservations can be hard to get, I called @ 7:00 am on day 60 and got the last 2 seats. I used the Disney Dining phone number. When I went in Feb of this year the menu was:
SOUP: Mushroom bisque
SALAD: Individual Cobb salad
ENTREES: Choice of one Grilled Rib Eye Steak, Thai Noodle Bowl or Pan-Fired black Grouper
DESSERT: Choice of one Grapefruit Cake or
Double Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee
Coffee, Tea or Non-alcoholic Beverage
If you can make reservations be sure to do it. It was probably one of the best things I've done @ Disney. The food was good and the imagineer was very friendly and informative. I was lucky to have 7 other people who were into Disney like I am so we filled up the 3 hours with lively conversation. The other nice thing is all the little "gifts" that are given to you during the lunch. It was worth every penny.

We trying this on our trip in 3 weeks. It's a surprise for our daughters (16 & 21). It will be so much fun.

I reserved DH and DS lunch with an Imagineer at 90 days out. It took them a little while to do it, but I have the confirmation #.
