I was thinking of having lunch at Alfredo's at Epcot the Monday I am there later this month. A few questions:

1.Is a reservation necessary for lunch?
2.What time do they open?
3.I'll be by myself, so I thought it'd be nice to sit outside. Can you request an outdoor table?

Normally, you don't need a reservation for lunch at Alfredos (only if it's a REALLY busy time of year, which January isn't).

They open at noon, and you can request a table either inside or outside. When we go without a reservation, we try to get there for noontime.

I made a PS for noon at Alfredo's. Didn't request an outside table, on the offchance it'd be too cool or raining out. Figure, if it's a nice day, I should be able to get a table outside.

we've eaten there a couple of times for an early lunch with no ressies. Never a wait.

with the DDR and the DDE dining plans that are out there -- it is a wise decision to get ADRs nowsdays --

Last June I saw ppl being turned away at lunch and dinner

There should not be a problem with asking for outdoor seating -- enjoy :earsgirl:
