Has anyone been to lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table recently? I have found 3 different menus (allears, wdwinfo and WDW site) that all say different items are available. Can anyone tell me what is actually on the menu for lunch at CRT? Thanks!

Yes! Just ate there on Thurs! I have to say I was not impressed with the lunch menu...choices are...

Short ribs with potatoes, more like roast beef. Husband had it and liked it.
Fried chicken, skin no breading, with mac and cheese with a bread topping. I had this and liked it.
Veggie cassorole, I was told by the server not to order this. A relative at the other table did and did not like it.
Mother-in-law had the pasta one. Not remembering if it was chicken on top? It was a tomato sauce. It was okay
They bring out a rectangle dish with salad in the middle and 4 small circle hard bread things to dip in a sauce. Those were good, salad was okay. Who wants to share it though with your guest? :confused3
Overall for 2 table services I think there should be more food choices and your own salad. Kids had cheese pizza and apple slices with an awesome sunday! Hope this helps! I would stick with the chicken or short ribs! Have fun!

Thanks! I saw the veggie item and was considering ordering it- good to know even the servers don't recommend eating it!

We are doing lunch in Jan. so this is very helpful as I was looking at the old menu on allears too.

For anyone who has eaten lunch at CRT recently, I keep reading bad reviews and I"m just trying to figure out if the food is inedible or just not worth the big pricetag. I really want to eat there for the ambience, also we want to take a break from touring for an early lunch and sit down and have a TS meal at the MK. I'm ok if it's not the best food I've ever had in my life but on the other hand I don't want to pay for it if the food is really bad and we leave starving. Any thoughts from anyone on this?

Some have suggested breakfast as a safter route but we don't want to rush to do an 805 pre park opening ADR and we've got a villa and it's easy to cook breakfast there so really our only option for CRT is lunch.

Just ate there for lunch...food is not inedible, just way overpriced for the amount of food you get and the poor choices. I did like my chicken and husband did like the short ribs. Not worth 2 table services..one would be fine.

Noooooooo! They got rid of the Major Domo's pie! :(

Oh yeah, that has been a hot topic on these boards for the last few months. No one is happy about that one. That is what I always ordered too. I loved it!

Can anyone who has tried the new menu say if the Major Dormo's Short Rib has some of the same flavor of the Major Domo's pie. It kind of looks like it might to me?

Anyone tried the pulled pork? That looks like it might be interesting.

Yes, the Short Rib lunch is very similar in flavor. The meat is boneless so that is a big piece of meat and it pulls apart without a knife. You have the potatoes still. The pastry is missing and you have carrots. It was good. Not as pretty and fun, and I do miss the pastry but it wasn't a deal breaker.

I was disappointed with the appetizer. The bread is hard style and the spread okay, but no wow. Salad is nothing special (not like the old BLT one) and it was like lunch meat ham on top, blah. I would have rather had a basket of bread than that.

Desserts were very good, I enjoyed the cheesecake but I still miss the Blueberry buckle :)

That said I may do dinner instead next time when on the DDP. It was the Major Domo pie that kept me going back at lunch.

This is good to know

I havent done lunch there since 2008 and i wasnt impressed then. I had the breakfast in May and they don't even give you a paper menu. The server started rattling off 3 items, i thought i was getting all3 LOL. Trying the dinner in Dec.

been rumors about another menu update. It looks like they added Major Domo to the short ribs and added fried chicken since the July update.
