Lunch-ing around the world

I was thinking that for lunch one day, I could explore the countries and get small meals or snacks at a few countries, instead of one big meal.

When I see other snack recommendations for WS, they tend to all be desserts. Any snack recommendations or small meals that would work as a lunch?

I will be solo so no opportunities to share meals.

When will you be going? If you are going over the holidays, then that would be much easier all there would be more holiday kitchens that will have more snack size portions of good food.

Yorkshire County Fish Shop in England, the QS in Japan (Katsura Grill), Nachos at Mexico, and the Joy of Tea at the China pavilion (for egg rolls), bakery at Norway (for a ham, apple and cheese sandwich heated of course). Yes, there are quite a few small meals to choose from, it just depends on what you are in the mood for. I would be remiss if I didn't mention my mom's fav; the nudel gratin (baked mac and cheese) from the QS in Germany (Sommerfest). You'll just have to try to judge portion sizes to see how much you want at each stop.

ETA: I don't eat a ton, and usually I'd eat one thing early (like mac and cheese) then walk, then have a small dessert, then walk more, then later afternoon have another savory snack.

Another vote for the Yorkshire County Fish Shop. DW and I frequently get lunch there during our Epcot visits. But there are plenty of QS choices that would make a good lunch. There are plenty of places to pick up a dessert as you wander around the World Showcase. The pastries in France are very tasty. Spend a few minutes pursuing the menus and I suspect you will find something to try:

They have savory foods at the French bakery too! Not just pastries. We do lunch there fairly regularly actually. I love the ham and cheese croissant (warmed!) and also the quiche.

We also enjoy the Yorkshire chip shop, but last year i swear we got 5 or 6 chips with our fish! We tried the via napoli pizza window but does not compare with their restaurant pizza. This year we are going to try the Sommerfest frankfurter, and something savoury from Lotus Blossom Cafe

If you happen to be going during one of the festivals, you could just graze around the world.
