Lunch in MK??

We're doing one day at the MK any suggestion on the best place for lunch?
Are all the CS the same menu??

You should try either Cosmic Rays or Columbia Harbor House.

Cosmic Rays has a variety of options such as roast chicken, ribs, and burgers. yum!

Plaza Restaurant. Its table service and you should make reservations but only slightly more expensive than counter service, better quality, and relaxing.

Favorites for table-service are Liberty Tree Tavern and the Plaza.

Favories for counter-service are Pecos Bill's, Columbia Harbour House, and Cosmic Ray's.

For me it's Pecos Bill's. I love the burgers with the fixin's bar.

We also like Cosmic Ray's. There are so many choices there you are sure to find something for everyone.

For CS, we love Columbia Harbour House and Casey's Corner. We have eaten at Tortuga Tavern and enjoyed it, also. I know a lot of people enjoy Pecos Bill's, but I wasn't too impressed. Might have just been an off day.

If you were to try a Quick Service location I would recommend Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.

However if you were to try a Table Service Restaurant I would recommend Liberty Tree Tavern.

we ADR'd Crystal Palace last year and the food was quite good you also got to meet Winnie The Pooh and friends.

Cosmic Rays for CS - yummy ribs . They do also have other things on the menu though, chicken, burgers, etc. plenty choices!

In general, MK's CS is pretty good

My favorite is Columbia Harbour House, but we also enjoy Pecos Bill's and Cosmic Ray's! I've never had the good fortune to try Casey's (it was closed during my September trip) but I will... someday...

I've been to CHH, Caseys & Pecos Bill's. Out of those, CHH is by far my favorite. Caseys is good however I like something other than a hotdog & fries. I've never been to Cosmic Rays but it seems like a similar menu to Sunshine Seasons at Epcot minus a few things. Another thing I have enjoyed snacking on at MK are the egg roll carts in Adventureland. The egg rolls are always hot and fresh and are a great snack in between meals.

ETA:I very much disliked Pecos Bills. It was just.....bland to me even with the burger bar

I have enjoyed Columbia Harbor House, Cosmic Rays, and Pecos Bills. But for me its not a trip to MK without Caseys, I always get the corn dog nuggets (such a good nutritionist I am haha) and DH always enjoys what he has there. I would really just look at the menus since the food varies and pick depending on which menu makes you drool the most

Is it worth it to take the monorail to one of the resorts for a CS lunch?

We prefer to take the monorail to Grand Floridian and eat at either Grand Floridian Cafe (table service) or Gasparilla (counter service). If the weather is nice, we get carry out from Gasparilla and eat at one of the tables by the water. It's a quiet, relaxing break from the park and doesn't require a lot of extra time. Although we've tried several counter service options at MK, we haven't found one that we thought was worth the calories and cost. If I'm going to eat, I want the food to be tasty!

If I had to pick one CS at MK it would definitely be Cosmic Rays. We have made it our traditional 1st meal at WDW!!

Note: The only other CS that we have tried in MK is Casey's Corner.
