I am looking for a good lunch in Epcot, I will be going there about noon time and have a table setting, I am so undecided where I wanna eat, HELP, any suggestions and reasons why this resturant is a sood choice would be appreciated. TIA:)

By 'table setting", do you mean a table service dining credit? In any case, there is a wide range of options available at EPCOT. Perhaps if you provide a little more about your likes/dislikes, a suggestion could be made. Or, you could check out the menus for yourself at http://allears.net/menu/menus.htm
Bon apetite!

We have dining listed on the Dis.....you can find it here:

Click on Epcot dining and check out the menus..

We like to eat at Teppan Edo for lunch.....everything is cooked in front of you, fresh and the little show that the chef puts on is always entertaining. You may sit with other people at the table around the grill which is always interesting...meeting other people who have to come to WDW for their vacation from different parts of the US or outside of the US..

We love Chefs de France at lunch. Great food and service and it's lovely looking out at the WS promenade through all the windows.

Tutto Italia has great food and service too although we've not yet tried it at lunch.

That's the one I was going to recommend for the same reason. A couple times I've unknowlingly timed it so I got to see the tourist/balancing chair act
right out the window.

With all of the table service restaurants in Epcot, I would have to recommend eating in the World Showcase instead of The Sea or The Garden Grill. (The Living Seas dining experience appeals to me more at night for some reason...it has a good wine list and reminds me of a 60's Hollywood restaurant. The Garden Grill is more for families with small children and hungry children at that since they serve family-style out of a skillet.)

I do agree with the view at Chefs de France--and don't forget the french bread and real butter. But if you are not an adventurous eater, you may not go for the smaller portions and menu that took me, a foodie, a while to find something I really wanted to try. I was more intrigued by their patisserie.

If you're paying out of pocket, I like Canada because many of the items on the dinner menu are offered at lunch at a discount. I would give this restaurant my highest quality rating for their food. Germany is also a good choice in that the food is more consistant than The Seas or France and the buffet is almost the same at lunch as it is at dinner and is about $10 cheaper. You get the same wonderful oompah band show.

In addition, if you are eating alone, Germany is a good choice because you are seated at a table for 10 along with other diners. I'd add the same reasoning to Teppan Edo in Japan, and again, practically the same menu as dinner with the same "show."

Norway's menu choices are like France's--be prepared for the country's influence. Do a little research on the menu so you'll be knowledgable. The appeal for Norway is the character meal with the princesses.

Mexico's theming is romantic, and like the Seas, is more appealing to me at night because of the starlite sky inside. The menu is nothing you couldn't get at a Mexican restaurant at home, but is enjoyable.

Italy's theming is lackluster, but you'll be familiar with the typical Italian menu choices.

My fav lunch spot is Sunshine Seasons but it is a CS and I assume not what you are looking for, but this is the perfect lunch for us.

LeCellier in Canada has great sandwich's at lunch, and the soup is amazing!

Early lunch at Coral Reef you cant go wrong,I went at 11:40 am and it was fresh, fast and really tasty,it is light so you wont feel weighed down and I had the steak! A must do!!!!
