Lunch Ideas

We have decided to stop at a grocery store to buy lunch items on our drive to Florida this April and then stop at a rest stop to eat lunch. Besides peanut butter sandwiches, what are some other lunch ideas that would not require us to have a cooler.....thanks in advance for any and all suggestions

There are those Tuna & cracker lunch kits, muffins?

Applesauce in a pouch-not sure if they carry that kind in the US, but I have seen it up here.

Fruit, granola bars, cereal bars, mini carrot sticks, dried fruit and nuts.

Just curious as to why no cooler? We drove from Manitoba and cold drinks and fruit (we stopped just over the border) and sandwiches were good to have. We froze juice boxes for ice packs.

But I second the tuna packets. Also those Handi-Snac cheese and breadsticks.

We just are not going to have room for a cooler. There are 7 people in a 7 passenger van....it is going to be cramped for such a long drive as it is.
