Lunch hours

What hours are considered lunch for ADR's? We are planning on eating at Sci-Fi during SWW and don't want to miss the parade. Thanks.

The hours for each meal are different at every restaurant.

For Sci-Fi lunch, ADRs are 11-3:55, and Dinner is 4 - Park Closing.
